Diyafat Pam is a small aparthotel in Khenifra. Here is what we collect, why, and what you can ask us.

What we collect and why
When you call, write on WhatsApp, or book on Booking.com, we receive your name, phone number, stay dates, and request. We use them to answer you, manage your stay, and meet our accounting and legal duties. The site also receives your IP address and browser type, to stay safe. Online booking and card payment are not open yet.
Guest register and ID
At check-in we fill in the guest register for the police: name, birth date and place, nationality, profession, address, contact details, stay dates, and ID details. We also keep a scan of your ID card or passport. We need these to receive you. Scans not saved in the register are deleted.
How long we keep it
We keep stay records while a dispute or our accounting and legal duties need them. The guest register and saved scans stay with us for the police, with no fixed end date for now.
Who can see it
The owner, reception, and the person who maintains our website, when their work needs it. Every opening of an ID scan is logged. The police can see the register when the law requires it. We use trusted providers for hosting, storage, email, maps, security, and visit statistics, some of them in Europe and the United States. Ask us for their names. We never sell your data.
Your location
If you allow it, we use your location only to show your route while directions are open. We do not save it.
Cookies and visit statistics
Technical cookies and browser storage keep the site working and remember your settings. Google Analytics runs only if you choose Accept in the cookie banner. It then sets cookies and shows us the pages you view, where you came from, your rough area, your device and browser, and what you scroll and click. Its advertising features are off, it never gets your name or booking details, and Google may process this data outside Morocco. Your choice lasts about 6 months. To change it, open Cookies in the footer. If you Refuse, Google Analytics stops and its cookies are deleted. We also measure visits and page speed by page, source, browser, device, and country, without cookies and without identifying you.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or object to its use, except what the law makes us keep, such as the guest register. You can also complain to the CNDP, Morocco's data protection authority, or to your own country's authority.
