This policy explains how the Diyafat Pam public website handles information sent through booking, contact, transport, and review forms.

Data we collect
We collect the details you choose to send, such as your name, phone number, stay dates, guest count, transport details, message, and review. We also receive basic technical request data needed to keep forms secure and working.
Why we use it
We use this information to answer you, check room availability, coordinate arrival or transport, manage the stay, prevent abuse, moderate reviews, and meet accounting or legal duties.
How long we keep it
Booking, transport, contact, and review records are kept while needed to handle the request, manage the stay, resolve disputes, and meet accounting or legal duties. The current system does not apply one automatic deletion period to every record. You can ask reception to review or delete data that is no longer required.
External services
Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect public forms from automated abuse. Mapbox and CARTO provide maps and optional live navigation. Google Maps and WhatsApp open only when you choose those links. Those services process data under their own privacy terms. Live navigation sends your position to Mapbox only after you allow location access; Diyafat Pam does not save that live position.
Browser storage and cookies
The site stores your theme preference and selected language in local browser storage. It also sets an app-lang preference cookie for up to one year to keep pages in your selected language. Hosting and security services may use necessary technical cookies or identifiers to deliver and protect the site. The public site does not use this data to sell guest profiles.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for access, correction, or deletion of your personal information where allowed. You can withdraw location permission in your browser, stop live navigation, or ask us to restrict or review how a request is handled. You may also contact the relevant data protection authority if a concern is not resolved.
How we protect information
We use HTTPS, access controls for administration, request validation, and abuse protection. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so access is limited to what is needed for aparthotel operations.
Public reviews and privacy contact
Reviews appear publicly only after moderation. Private booking, contact, and transport details are not published as review content. For any privacy request, use the contact page or call reception and clearly say that it is a privacy request.
