Start with the live room information
Compare the room photos, stated capacity, current price, and available dates shown on the room pages. Do not rely on an old screenshot or an unsaved quote.
Confirm only the details you need
A direct request should include dates, guest count, and the room being considered. The stay is confirmed only after reception sends an explicit confirmation.
Before sending a room request
- Choose the intended dates.
- Check current room photos and capacity.
- Include the number of guests.
- Wait for explicit booking confirmation.
