When you send a booking request, contact request, review, transport request, or service note, we use the details you provide so reception can answer and manage the request.
Why we use it
We use guest details for room confirmation, arrival support, service coordination, review moderation, and hotel communication.
What we do not do
We do not sell guest details. Public reviews are shown only after moderation. Private booking or contact details are not used as public content.
Optional live navigation
Live navigation starts only after you choose to allow location access. Your exact position is sent to Mapbox to calculate and update the driving route. CARTO receives map-tile requests for the area shown on screen. Diyafat Pam does not save your live position. You can stop navigation at any time, which stops location tracking on the site.
